NSW Health-y DNS for 5 more years
ApplianSys is pleased that NSW Health, the largest regional management branch of Australia’s ministry of health, has celebrated their 10-year anniversary as a DNSBOX customer by choosing to refresh their DNSBOX hardware, updating and extending the life of their redundant DNS solution for another 5 years.
NSW Health first deployed DNSBOX in 2012. They needed a solution that was secure, easy to manage and reliable – reducing the impact of any possible outages to a minimum for the 300,000 healthcare professionals relying on the network.
When their appliances first reached five years old, NSW Health had the option to perform a hardware refresh – meaning they could replace their old DNSBOXes with new units at a discounted, hardware-only price.
Now, after 10 years, NSW has decided to refresh their appliances for a second time, extending the life of their solution for another 5 years, and ensuring the reliable network they have come to know and appreciate.
“Hospitals and healthcare providers rely more and more heavily upon their networks every day”, explains DNSBOX Consultant, Magdalena Jovanovic. “After 10 years of excellent service, NSW have come to trust DNSBOX for its reliability in their network.”
