ApplianSys announced today that Moneysupermarket.com – the UK’s leading price comparison website for finance products – has upgraded its DNSBOX solution from DNSBOX300/100 to DNSBOX400/200.

In 2009 the company deployed a DNSBOX300 master and 3 DNSBOX100 slaves to support its DNS architecture and ensure 24/7 availability of its online service.

As the time came closer to refreshing its solution in 2013, Moneysupermarket.com revaluated its DNS requirements and identified the need for IPAM and DNSSEC.  Having had a positive experience with DNSBOX already, it looked into ApplianSys’ DNSBOX400/200 solution and found that was a good fit.

Head of DNSBOX Sales Magdalena Jovanovic explains: “DNSBOX400/200 offers an IPAM solution to deal with the growth of IPv6 addresses and DNSSEC for increased security.  The upgrade provided moneysupermarket.com with a simple, cost-effective way to fulfil both these requirements.”

Established in 1993 by Simon Nixon, Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (www.moneysupermarket.com) is a British price comparison website-based business specialising in financial services. The website enables consumers to compare prices on a range of products, including mortgages, credit cards and loans. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
