DNSBOX Graduates at City University
ApplianSys today announced City University London has chosen DNSBOX as part of a campus-wide network upgrade. A series of DNSBOX300 masters and DNSBOX100 slaves with full fail over facilities will be rolled out to allow the university to deliver new online services and teaching aids for students.
“After an in-depth review, DNSBOX was chosen against stiff competition as being the most robust and suitable solution for the project,” commented Mike Clark, CEO of ApplianSys. “With a series of ‘rock solid’ appliances in place, City can now be confident that future developments in any IP based services will start from strong foundations.”
City University London (www.city.ac.uk) was founded in 1894 as the Northampton Institute and awarded full University status in 1966. It supports over 23,000 students from 157 countries with internationally renowned experience of more than one hundred years’ of teaching and learning.
