More Teledata through CACHEBOX
Ghanaian internet service provider Teledata ICT has added a further CACHEBOX230 to its network to cater for its growing customer base.
Having recently expanded its network, Teledata ICT is now able to offer internet services to over 70% of Ghana’s population. It deployed 2 CACHEBOX230s and a CACHEBOX210 in 2009. These units have helped Teledata ICT to add new users to its growing network and improve internet access speeds for customers. Now this additional unit will support continued growth, driven by new services like Teledata’s popular Wi-Fi solution for internet cafes.
ApplianSys Head of CACHEBOX Roger Clark commented, “with a range of models for different load and the ability to cluster multiple units, CACHEBOX makes it easy for ISPs like Teledata to scale their cache solution affordably as their business grows.”
Teledata ICT Limited was established in 2004 to assist small-to-medium sized Ghanaian businesses with their communication needs. It now serves over 1200 business users across Ghana.
